Application to SMC on conducting the disability assessment
The service shall enable persons who are sent to an expert-examination of disability or predictable disability in the State Medical Commission for the Assessment of Health Condition and Working Ability (SMC) to submit an application to the SMC regarding the performance of the disability expert-examination.

The E-Service "My Data in SMC” (EP64) enables a possibility to search information about the decisions and opinions in force collected in the Disability Information System, as well as to verify the status of reviewing the application submitted to SMC.
Reissuance of the disability certificate
The E-Service "Reissuance of the disability certificate” enables a disability certificate to be reissued until its actual expiration date in case of loss, damage or change of data.
Application to SMC on contesting the decision of disability assessment
The service provides an opportunity for persons who have valid disability expert decisions to submit an online SMC application for disputing the disability expert-examination decision within one month from the date of entry into force of the decision.
